Where is my coupon data stored?
Coupon details, images, notes, and redemption codes are stored locally on your device by default. CouponKeeper does not require an account or use a business server to store this content.
How do I move data to another iPhone?
CouponKeeper Pro can create a password-encrypted backup. Save the exported file somewhere you control, then import it on the other device. Keep the password safe because CouponKeeper cannot recover it.
Why did recognition miss a field?
Results depend on image clarity and the voucher layout. Check the image is upright and readable, then review or edit each detected field before saving. Recognition is intended to assist entry, not replace your review.
What can I import?
You can import images, Apple Wallet .pkpass files, shared web or email content, and PDFs up to 20 pages. Batch image and PDF import requires CouponKeeper Pro.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can also visit Apple Support.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes its locally stored data. Export an encrypted backup before deleting the app or changing devices.
